Meet The Team
About The Team
The House of Rachel is always blessed to have a team consisting of different gifts serving. The glue that holds the team together, those that served before and those that are currently serving is the encouragement to practice and adhere to the pillars that the ministry is founded upon. Everyone is encouraged to recognize, respect the uniqueness of each member’s ministry calling and gifts- that each one has a purpose and a function to fulfill. Each one has to care for the other, not take sides, rejoice and suffer together as they all belong to One Body of Jesus Christ…1 Corinthians 12:12-27

Zanele Esther Chalale, a steward of God, is not only one of the founding members of The House of Rachel since its formal inception in 2015 but also a mother , a wife, spiritual leader, counselling women young and old ,equipping children and a successful business woman.
She founded Hadassah Family Centre in 2017 where she is able to function in her calling of teaching the word of God to women to be Christ’s disciples ; taking care of the vulnerable children and teaching them about the love of God and transferring life skills to them to better their lives and that of their families. She completed and attained certification in African Leadership Pastor Training programme in 2019
As she puts it, being called into ministry was not part of her plan, but as Proverbs 19: 21 says ‘Many are the plans in a man’s heart but it is the purpose of God that prevails.’ That is why for her even though she finds herself juggling so many hats in her life, her pursuit is to become and bring hope in our nation and hope for the future through Christ Jesus.

Motheo Isaacs: Youth Program Coordinator and Worship Leader
Motheo Isaacs have been involved in The House of Rachel Love Missions in 2009, long before it became formalised in 2015, when she was only 9 years old. This involved her serving in the Saturday soup kitchen and distributing clothing for the needy children. She accepted the Lord as her Saviour in 2011 and over the years as she says has found her purpose as a young adult in Christ.
Her new found passion for the Unreached led her to complete Missions Discipleship Training in 2019. She has gradually become more involved in serving and her current role in The House of Rachel is anything pertaining to youth and worship.

Minister Mosa Leeuw
I would like to thank God for this wonderful daughter of the Most High God –Ps Thembi Isaacs. We have known each other for a short period and she believed in me and allowed me to minister and has given me the platform to fulfil God’s redemptive plan and purpose for my life. Other Single Ministers including myself have experienced rejection, condemnation and most of the time not allowed to preach in other ministries. But this humble Daughter of God saw the gift in me, showed me love and supported me regardless of my single-hood.
May God bless you Ps Thembi, your family and your ministry, may He remember your sacrifices and reward you abundantly –Psalm 20:1-5
Me Noma Novasi
I first came into contact with The House of Rachel in 2016 when Me. Isaacs and her team donated shoes and clothes to needy learners and their parents at Tebelelo Primary School, in Rocklands, Bloemfontein.
From 2017 she extended her philanthropic work to Marang Primary School where I am currently working. Here, the need is more as the school is surrounded by informal settlement where there is high unemployment rate. Since 2017 she has been donating shoes and sanitary towels annually to needy learners. The school and community appreciate the help offered by The House of Rachel.
